LHB Announces Professional Recognition and New Hires

Minnesota and Wisconsin; (December 21, 2017) –  LHB, Inc. is pleased to announce the following employee recognitions and new employees to our Duluth and Minneapolis, MN offices:

Nathan Potratz, AIA, NCARB, CCCA, LEED AP BD+C has been chosen to participate in the 2018 American Institute of Architects’ Minnesota Leadership Forum. The forum consists of six sessions where experts speak at addressing leadership styles, the impact of personality type on leadership, communication, motivation, trends, knowing when and how to lead, and finally application of one’s style and skills. With over ten years of experience, Nathan, a licensed architect in Minnesota and Wisconsin, brings a vast range of healthcare specific design expertise to LHB’s Healthcare Group.

Susan Anderson joins the Duluth Office as a Records Management Specialist. Susan has over 30 years of records management and documentation experience. Susan enjoys spending time at her cabin and year-round outdoor activities.

Dean Holm joins the Cambridge Office as a Survey Coordinator. Dean joins LHB’s Survey Group with over 14 years of surveying experience.

Maria Larson joins the Minneapolis Office as an Administrative and Project Assistant. Maria has a Master’s of Science in Communications from Grand Valley State University and previously worked with the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce.

Shane Sundberg joins the Duluth Office as an Intern in the Pipeline Group. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Shane is also a licensed journeyman electrician in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Washington.

Lindsey Forsberg joins the Minneapolis Office as an Intern in the Performance Services Group. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

Ben Sherman joins the Minneapolis Office as an Intern assisting with the company’s building information modeling (BIM) support. Ben holds an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Drafting and Design from Dunwoody College where he is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Architecture degree.
