The Building Your Toolbox series is for Emerging Professionals only.  This quarterly series is meant to create an environment for economic development professionals to learn about relevant topics from industry leaders while also being able to ask the hard questions sometimes no one wants to ask. 

Learn from Jacob Gonzalez with EMC, one of the industry leaders regarding the future of efficient buildings & EV Charging Requirements.  Understand some of the basic building energy standards (LEED, etc.), and the steps to ensure projects are designed to meet future technology needs. You will also learn more about EV charging, realistic power requirements, and how some communities have adopted policies to ensure future projects are EV compatible.
