With changing demographics and ongoing workforce shortages, communities across Minnesota have begun thinking about how to attract and retain newcomers in order to ensure their future vitality. At this webinar, you will hear from representatives from resident recruitment programs in both rural and urban areas. They will share details on their individual programs, the process of creating a community “brand,” and why this topic matters for every community in the state.
Panelists will include Ben Winchester, University of Minnesota Extension Educator, and representatives from 218 Relocate and MAKE IT. MSP.
