Join us on the road for a discussion featuring a successful reuse and redevelopment project in Rochester, Minnesota!

Rochester Area Economic Development, Inc. (RAEDI) and the City of Rochester welcomes guests to the Castle Community. Built in 1915, the Castle reopened its doors in 2018 as a community-focused space with a variety of programming. Guests will enjoy lunch from locally owned Cameo restaurant while learning about the public/private redevelopment project. Rochester Mayor Kim Norton will provide the welcome and RAEDI President Ryan Nolander will facilitate a Q&A discussion with city officials and Castle Community owners. Following the presentation, participants will take a guided or self-guided tour of the three-story Castle community.

This session is approved for 1.5 Certification Maintenance (CM) credits through The American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
