Speakers

Nadene KruizeNadene Kruize, Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer, Minnesota Business Finance Corporation

Nadene has been with MBFC the past 16 years. Prior to MBFC, Nadene worked in the commercial lending credit function at both Stearns Bank and Bremer Bank in St. Cloud. Nadene is a St. Cloud State graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Emily JohnsonEmily Johnson, Senior Loan Officer, DEED

Emily manages the Job Creation Fund program, a pay-for-performance program available to businesses through Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.  She has almost ten years of experience with state funding tools including the Minnesota Investment Fund, Job Opportunity Building Zone program, Contamination Cleanup program, Redevelopment program, and capital grants.  In addition to her work with state, Emily promotes financial literacy through the nonprofit organization Prepare + Prosper.  She received her BA in International Relations and Spanish through Minnesota State University.

Patrick Pariseau, MEDA

Patrick Pariseau obtained his Business Administration degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Patrick has worked in the financial sector  since 1980. He has more than 30 years of diverse corporate executive experience in the financial sector. He has worked as a Trust Administrator, Financial Planner along with holding Executive positions with Banks and Credit Unions as CEO/President. Pariseau has worked with businesses of all sizes and specializes in SBA (Small Business Administration) and Commercial Lending of all types. His experience in the areas of raising capital, acquisition, and growth are unmatched in the industry. He has held positions as a Board Member of several foundations and nonprofit organizations though out his career. He enjoys working with and helping small and mid-size businesses to obtain their financial objectives.
