LHB Announces New Hires

Minnesota and Wisconsin; (August 6, 2018) – LHB, Inc. is pleased to announce the following new employees to their Duluth, Minneapolis, and Cambridge, MN offices:

Bailey Hanson, Assoc. AIA, LEED Green Associate joins the Minneapolis office as an Architectural Designer. Bailey graduated from the University of Minnesota with her Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Sustainable Design. Her design experience includes residential and K-12 education. Steve McNeill rejoins the Duluth office as an Architect working with LHB’s Integrative Design Team. Steve brings over 43 years of design experience working with a wide variety of clients. Steve’s extensive background in building condition assessments and investigations supports LHB’s education, historical, and government clients. Aaron Frahm joins the Duluth office as an Electrical Designer working with LHB’s Integrative Design Team. Aaron graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He also teaches an electrical utility technology course as an adjunct professor at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College. Richard Samec, PE, a licensed Electrical Engineer in Minnesota, rejoins LHB working in embedded client services. Rich brings over 26 years of engineering project and design experience in the areas of electric utility transmission, distribution and reliability, as well as energy transportation. Cory Hage joins the Duluth office as a Survey Technician. Cory graduated from Lake Superior College with his Associates of Arts and Civil Engineering Technology Diploma.

Dean Smith, PE joins the Minneapolis office as a Structural Engineer. He specializes in commercial, healthcare, and education projects, as well as working with federal, state, and city agencies.
