Webinar * Non-Traditional Lending: Gap Financing and Economic Development Loan Programs

Tuesday, July 14th
12:00 - 1:15 pm

Virtual

Join EDAM as we welcome experts from the Minnesota Consortium of Community Developers and four different Minnesota Initiative Foundations (MIFs), who will speak about the unique financing programs economic developers can leverage in support of small businesses and community development projects. Designed to complement traditional bank financing and help complete the deal, these programs extend the impact of other gap financing and support meaningful projects across the state.

You’ll hear from:
  • Doug Adams, Initiative Foundation

  • Michael Colclough, Northland Foundation

  • Tyler Hilsabeck, Minnesota Consortium of Community Developers

  • Greg Wegner, West Central Initiative Foundation

  • Amy Woitalewicz, Southwest Initiative Foundation
