Provide therapeutic case management services such as biopsychosocial assessment, goal setting, advocacy, connecting to resources, crisis response, safety planning, counseling and coaching, documentation, and evaluation.
Provide psychoeducation on mental health, challenges of parenting, child development, trauma, and its impact on parent-child relationships in individual, family, and group formats.
Collaborate with other agencies (childcare providers, school districts and mental health partners) to meet the social-emotional and mental health needs of families and kids.
Deliver services at IOCP’s facility, in the community and via home visiting.
Facilitate support, community building and psycho-educational groups for parents and families.
Support the coordination of community events for families with young children.
