Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in planning, public administration, urban studies, architecture, geography, environmental studies, or related field; valid driver’s license and good driving record; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn other applicable programs (i.e., online building permitting review software, etc.); work experience or familiarity with GIS software systems, Pictometry (or similar), property records search and application systems, and related software; demonstrated ability in effective verbal and written communications, with demonstrated effective use of graphics in presentations and communications; and ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
