Leadership in Affordable Housing Certificate at Hamline University

In this certificate program, you'll develop a solid knowledge of the economics of affordable housing as well as the history and key political and economic issues that created the affordable housing crisis. Armed with that knowledge, you can identify opportunities and take action to address issues and inequities. You will:

• Demonstrate an understanding of the economics of affordable housing in rental and home ownership
• Demonstrate an understanding of the history of housing policy in the United States and key political and economic issues that have created the affordable housing crisis
• Identify opportunities for leaders to collaborate with multiple entities in government, industry, and the nonprofit sector to address the problem of affordable housing
