Minnesota Brownfields, an organization devoted to the promotion, efficient cleanup and reuse of contaminated lands, today announced the recipients of their 2022 ReScape Awards.
Minnesota Brownfields proudly offers these awards recognizing exemplary brownfield redevelopment projects completed statewide. These recipients were chosen from a larger pool of nominees. The nomination period for the 2023 ReScape Awards will open in Q4 2022.
Community Impact Award: Anishinabe III Supportive Housing, Minneapolis MN
Economic Impact Award: Northern Stacks VIII, Fridley MN
Environmental Impact Award, Large Project (>$10,000,000.): Arbor Lakes Corporate Center, Maple Grove MN
Environmental Impact Award, Small Project (<$10,000,000.): Highway 8 Business Center, Blaine MN
Innovation Award: Red Head Mountain Bike Park, Chisholm MN
These awards were presented at the 2022 ReScape Awards on April 7th at the St. Paul Event Center.
